The real deal

I found Annie's book a really useful investigation into exactly what the aspects are that define confidence. I found it both inspirational and invigorating; the call to action at the end of each chapter literally gave me direction for what I needed to do and who I needed to be that day. Annie Ashdown is the real deal; she doesn't profess to be a magic wand which makes me trust her well oiled tools and point of view even more. The whole point is self-responsibility for developing one's own confidence. I particularly enjoyed learning some language and phrases I could apply immediately to assert myself in a self-respecting manner. Easy to read. 100% genuine. A practical punch. Love it.

Another Triumph for Annie Ashdown

Annie's first book Doormat and Dive Be, I couldn't put it down. I loved it. So waited in anticipation for The confidence Factor. Again Fantastic ... This book is clearly structured and easy to read. Annie offers no nonsense effective solutions to life's challenges and a bit of tough love. Invaluable for self development in your personal life or business. If only we had these techniques taught in our schools!

Bullseye! Couldn't put it down!

There are books in ones life that, once they arrive, you knew it was fate - this IS one of those books and it came at the perfect time for me.
Ms Ashdown has created a guide to boost my confidence with her personal experience and her brilliance of prose. I literally didn't put it down till I had finished (in 1 day). It is now noted, dog-eared and highlighted as I use it often before I'm to take a important meeting, audition or when I just need a little alignment.
