AMAZING READ

Ali Parker what are you doing to me, you have written some amazing books but this one takes the cake by far. There should have been a warning that tissues were going to be needed. I decided to read this today at my desk at work and boy was that a mistake I'm sure that my co workers were wondering why I was crying, not a nice thing to do to a girl Ali. Please, please take the time and read this book, it will leave you gutted and fingers crossed for the best for Lisa and Marc.

The story in this book is very well written and the plot is very well developed and is so fast paced that you will not know whether you are coming or going or just somewhere in between. The characters in this book, Marc and Lisa, oh what can I say about them other than so hot together, but I'm not 100% they are going to work. While reading this book that saying "love something set it free and if it was meant to be then it will come back to you" was in the back of my mind the whole time.

In this book we Lisa pining for Marc even though they had decided that a relationship between them was not going to work as she is living in Maine with a business and he is still a young pup going to college. In this book we will see Lisa decide that she needs to go to new York and sort out her feelings for Marc as she is now ruined for all other men as she cannot get past Marc. In this book we will also see Marc lay it all on the table and tell Lisa that he wants a relationship with her.

This book will leave you heartbroken and wanting book two as much as I do, I need to know what happens, hurry up Ali Parker.

Ali Parker, what are you doing to my emotions, I don't know if I will be able to read book three, as book two as literally torn my heart to shreds.

The story in this book is very well written and developed and the plat is fast paced and with so many ups and downs that you head will be spinning by the end and your heart will be broken. The characters in this book are very well written and i cant enough of Lisa and Marc, I'm just wishing that these two would get things right as these two have the most amazing chemistry.

In this book we see Lisa trying to move on after leaving Marc in New York knowing that she loves him but she is so afraid that she doesn't know how to love just a little bit. In this book we also see Marc come to Maine to get the girl, he knows what he wants. In this book we also see Lisa finally admit that she loves Marc and things are going great till Michael Carrington walks into Lisa's office after hours.

I am hoping that book three gives me what I want for Marc and Lisa.

BOOK THREE

The story in this book is very well written and well developed and the plot is fast paced and flows nicely throughout the whole book. The characters in this book are very well written and so easy to call in love with and hurt along with.

In this book we see each Marc and Lisa fight the feelings that they have for one another thinking that they would be better off with someone else. As each of them try to move one with someone else they each find their minds drifting back to what they had together, so basically they are ruined for any one else. Will Marc and Lisa find their way to each other or will they forever remain alone??

Wow what an amazing ending for Marc and Lisa's story. Cant wait for the next set of stories for Lisa and her friends.

Loved this story. What a great start! We first Meant Marc and Lisa in the jaded story Briefly. Marc is The Little Brother and Lisa is the bff. and this is their story. Marc and Lisa are players. They typically just have Sex and leave but these two have an attraction towards each other. what the hell they don't go love. They agree to just be friends but they are going insane with out each other. Lisa leaves Maine to return to New York to go see him. A couple hot scenes and they can't get enough. Marc realizes he is in love but is it enough to convince Lisa that they need to give this a try or will she push him away?

Omg Part 2 Starts out with Marc not being able to get Lisa out of his mind.he wants more and she doesn't or does she? What has this woman done to him? She just left and said she wants nothing to do with him. Marc has to see her.. So he gets the bright idea to fly to Maine after her.. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA?
Lisa is Afraid! She wants Marc, but she doesn't need love, love is Messy and it changes you. How is Marc finding his way into her Heart? She leaves new york to get away but what happens when He follows her? Will she give into him and the idea of love or will she push him away? Or will something else happen in the process? Remember book one the sexy rich guy....
Will Marc an Lisa be together an get apast there issues or will they fail?

Part 3 starts out with Lisa upset and Hating that Marc didn't give her a chance to explain what he saw and feels that Marc doesn't want anything to do with her and maybe it is for the best..

Marc is struggling. How could she do this? He thought they had agreed to make this work? Try the whole Love thing! Was he wrong? How could she cheat? But he can't get the fiery Red head out of his mind. One night he tried but fails miserably. He talks to this woman and she actually convinces him that he needs Lisa. He will give it a few weeks and see what happens and go get her.

But what happens when she shows up there? Will he trust her? Will she make him see the truth about that night or will they just go back to their ways of only lust and forget love all together?

OMG, the ending is absolutely amazing.it's a definite must read.. love it and can't wait for more from Ali.. Recommended for a mature reader!

Marc and Lisa meet because Marc is the little brother of Lisa's best friend, Kari. Together with Lisa and Sicily, Kari is a roommate who has moved from New York to Maine to start their new lives. Marc helps them move in a previous serial titled JADED.

This story begins with Marc and Lisa both upset that they cannot forget each other. They had decided when they saw one another last that they would not pursue a relationship since they lived too far away. Only thoughts keep appearing at the worst time. The chemistry is just so strong between them.

Lisa is mad because she does not believe in love. Marc is just a man, who is too far away, and really seriously HOT! She tries to get together with other men, and Marc is who she is thinking of.

Lisa and Marc are both suffering in this story. They have agreed not to see one another since they live so far away and want different things for the future. After Marc goes back to NYC, then they both notice the emptiness and pain that it causes.

Lisa is used to being with the guys she chooses and suddenly all she can think about is Marc in the bedroom. Same for him, when he goes to have girls who blatantly want him - all he can think about is Lisa. They are both mad this upsets their routines and then they realize what it could be.

Kari - feeling very put in the middle - tells Marc to come visit and see if he can repair this. She sees how it is effecting them both and thinks it is a simple fix. Is it? If it is real love how to solve the distance between them?

Marc is so restless and feels like his life has no meaning. When we last saw him, he had walked in on Lisa kissing someone else after promising to try a new relationship with him. He has found that he is not interested in anyone else. What used to be fun, like parties and more, is no longer appealing.

Their friends try to help. They encourage the couple to try again. Start with communication and maybe try to talk in the same city. They also recommend being patient. Neither one of them has really even started a relationship before and it is new.

Amazing story and such a page turner! I could NOT put this down!! I loved the banter, the sexy times, and so much more.

While Kramer's theories and interpretations are truly interesting and provide good material for scholarly research and thought, the book has one major flaw: poor quotation of the texts themselves. If one can find other translations or read the originals themselves, one starts to wonder if Kramer is reading the same materials. Should be read as general information by specialists but not for the layperson or for anything beyon inspiring further research.

Excellent Translation.....very nicely woven

Mahabharata is not an easy epic to translate. It is huge. Several great writers have taken a stab at it. At some point they all lose their readers, either in the daunting elaboration, or sentimentalization, or in the sheer volume or even connecting the countless little stories that this epic is intertwined with. None so far has really gained the acclamation from the audience in a complete sense. It is hard. Also the audience themselves are quite segmented and have varied levels importance on different parts of this epic.

However, It is very hard to do justice to Mahabharata which is part of a larger history. But Ramesh Menon seems to have brought it home. It is written very nicely. At no part did the author lose my attention. Wow. This is an amazing translation. Simple, well woven, not much of a sensationalization. Seems very much like something witnessed and documented. I could not put this 1800 pages 2 Vol set down. Bravo!!

The book quality, editing and binding are excellent. A great one for a collection

Great Introduction

This is an abridgement of the great classic. The author seems to be focussing on the central story, and cuts out huge quantities of tangential material which would bog down that story. The result is a book which is as readable and enjoyable as Lord of the Rings, a real pleasure. If you feel inspired to study The Mahabharata in greater depth after reading it, great, but it stands on its own as a great read, well worth the investment of time.

This book is about the environment and the ways in which human activities impact it. It is structured around two main themes, which are principles (the ways in which the environment works) and applications (the ways in which how an understanding of those basic principles helps us to utilize the environment and its resources). Additionally, a recurring theme throughout the book is the way in which we are pushing the Earth to the very limits of its capacity to sustain life as we know it. Human misuse of the planet's natural resources and disturbance of its natural environmental systems causes serious-if not irreversible- damage.
This book differs from most others about the environment in three main ways. Its systems approach stresses interactions and interrelationships between different parts of the environment; its interdisciplinary perspective offers a broader view so essential to an understanding of the complexity and diversity of how the environment works and its global scope shows how the most serious environmental problems require global solutions.
The 18 chapters are grouped into five parts; the introduction sets the context for today's rising environmental concern, demonstrates the usefulness of a systems approach to understand environmental processes and examines how the planet fits into the wider universe. The next four parts each focus on the lithosphere, the atmosphere, the hydrosphere and the biosphere, describing their salient environmental processes; processes such as those that shape climate, cleanse air and water, regulate water flow, recycle essential elements, and create and generate soil.

This book is a book that i have personally would not have read were it not forced upon me for one of my classes. This book explains alot about the blanks and holes in the African American past that many Europeans have tried so hard to conceal. At first its hard to comprehend because as an African American you've been told were your place already is in society and that your past was one not to talk about. But in fact i never knew alot about my homeland of Africa. Its a very knowledgable book that i highly recommend. Its made me question alot about the African Past. Its made me question everything from the goverment to religion. Its also helped me to understand why white people have tried to conceal our past. I feel that if this book were mandatory for everyone to read the world would become such a better a place. Anyone thats African American should read this book and anyone else too.

About the Author
Msgr. Louis Gaston de Segur was a popular Catholic apologist and author, born in 1820 at Paris. As a youth, he was rather indifferent towards his faith, but later experienced a reawakening to the Church and embraced it. He went on to write a considerable number of small books, including The Pope, Confession: A Little Book for the Reluctant, and Communion. He entered the seminary of St. Sulpice and received Holy Orders in 1847. Msgr. de Segur spent his time as a priest evangelizing children, the poor, and prisoners, all without pay. Five years after his ordination, he became auditor of the Roman Rota, and was held in high regard by Pope Pius IX. After going blind, he began writing again, and focused his works particularly on apologetics and for those who ignored religion. His books include Chats on Protestantism, Freemasons, and Familiar Instructions on All the Truths of Religion. Father Louis de Segur died in 1881.

A must have booklet for any Catholic!

This booklet is excellent for those that need to get back to confession. Christ instituted this sacrament, and all Catholics should embrace it with love. This book was written by a priest in the 1800's, but it still applies today. It answers every possible question that we have about confession like ,"Is it absolutely necessary to confess?" Read it while you are in line for confession. Your mind will be cleared of any doubt you have.

Accurate sample exams and tips you must know.

I was a former student of Mrs. Korsunky. Under her guidance and the resources she has provided me, I received a 5 on the AP Calculus BC Exam and will be attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology this fall. This book, along with her AP Calculus Interactive Lectures Vol 1. and Vol 2., is everything a student needs to score well on the AP Calculus Exam.

The book comes with 5 full practice examinations for the multiple choice section part of the AP Calculus AB Exam. There is plenty of space for you to work directly in the book. I think the best thing about this book is that the questions actually mimic the type of questions that will appear on the AP Calculus Exam. From my experience, they will provide an accurate gauge as to how well you will do when it comes to the real thing.

In the back of the book, there is a list of formulas and tips. The tips are very different from the ones you will see in other test prep books. They are not the usual "try to eliminate options and guess, get a good night's sleep" tips that are commonly repeated in all test prep books. Rather, these tips focus on specific details such as differences in notation or wording that you must not have mixed up. The tips in the back of this book are a must read! Mrs. Korsunsky has taught calculus for fourteen years and knows what mistakes students commonly make. Other test prep books will definitely not be able to provide the same kind of information.

Great materials from a great teacher!

This book is very detailed and virtually mirrors the concepts and problems that will be on the AP Calculus Exam. Because of my trust in Mrs. Korsunsky's test prep materials, I was able to easily earn a 5 on the Calculus AP test. Her Mathboat iPad books (recently published) are also phenomenal, and easy to use. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Every year I teach the class I enjoy it more

I am a high school Calculus teacher with 8 years of experience. Every year I teach the class I enjoy it more, and 3 years ago I started adopting this material to supplement what I was already using. It is really great because it forces my students to think about each of the concepts they learned. While teaching Calculus I do give them problem sets of the same type of problem, like derivatives or definite integrals, reinforcing what they learn, but basic problem solving is only the first step. I want them to be able to apply what they are learning to types of problems they have not seen before. This book (and the teacher curriculum that Rita sells) has become an invaluable resource for me to reach my goal.

As a bonus (and proof) I have seen my students' scores on the AP Calculus test skyrocket. This year I have 12 students who will most likely take the AP Calculus AB Exam. I am anticipating that they will all get 3 or higher. I am hoping to see many get 4s and 5s. I would highly recommend this material.
